USTA Heart of America - Senior League Registration Information
GENERAL:
Before players register for a league, they must have a USTA membership valid through the end of the Heart of America (HOA) District Senior season. To renew or purchase a new membership, players should:
• Go to www.usta.com on the Internet and select the membership option.
• Players should always renew their membership, using their previous number, if possible, rather than obtaining a new membership number. NTRP Ratings are connected to your membership number.
CAPTAIN'S INSTRUCTIONS:
• Obtain the special "Captain's Team Number" listed below for the level you will be playing.
• Go to "TennisLink" to register your team and pay the $25 administrative fee.
• Mail a deposit check of $100.00 directly to Frank Gagnon at the address below. The check will NOT be deposited unless court defaults occur. The $100.00 deposit check will be destroyed at the end of the season if it was not deposited for court defaults.
• You must register your team on-line by Monday, February 13.
• After you register your team on-line and mail the $100.00 deposit check, you real receive your "official team number". Please give this number to your team members so they can register on "TennisLink".

Only use the above numbers for your initial team commitment - obtain your "official team number" from Frank Gagnon that you and your players will use for player registration.
PLAYER'S INSTRUCTIONS:
• Using the team number you received from your Captain, go to "TennisLink" to register and pay the $15 player fee + $3.00 tennislink fee = $18.00.
• Before contacting "TennisLink", have all of the following information available:
A current USTA membership number valid through June 30, 2012.
A credit card number with expiration date.
Your team number.
All team members are requested to register and pay the $18 per player fee by Thursday, March 1.
