Information on How to Register!

DATES

Thursday Evenings - July 21 - September 1

The number of team matches will be based on the actual number of teams that register for a level.

DEADLINES
Captains must use the USTA TennisLink to register their team and team players. The process is as follows:

1. By Wednesday, June 29, Captains must register their team on TennisLink and pay the $25 team administrative fee with their credit card. To register a team, the Captain must enter TennisLink using the "Team Number" shown on the attached sheet that accompanies this information sheet. Note that there are separate team registration numbers for Women and Men.

2. Once Captains have registered, they must mail a $100.00 check for court deposit directly to Kathy Loepp at the address below. Please note that the deposit check can no longer be paid with a credit card on TennisLink. However, the check will NOT BE DEPOSITED unless a team defaults a court and the District must pay the court fees. At the end of the season, if no court defaults occur, the check will be destroyed.

3. When Kathy Loepp receives the Deposit Check, she will give the team captain the "official" team number that he/she should immediately provide to their team members to use for registration.

4. Team members, including the Captain, must register on TennisLink and pay the player fee of $15 ($12 player fee + $3 tennislink fee) with their credit card. Team members should register no later than Friday, July 15.

Note that players may be added to a team’s roster through TennisLink until two weeks before the final regularly scheduled match.
