USTA Heart of America Hall of Fame
The USTA Missouri Valley Hall of Fame was founded in 1986. In 1999, USTA Heart of America started a district Hall of Fame. The USTA Heart of America Hall of Fame is used as a springboard to nominate selections for the USTA Missouri Valley Hall of Fame.
Hall of Fame nominations are open until June 30, 2024.
An annual induction ceremony is held at the USTA Heart of America Annual Meeting in November of each year.
Approved by the Kansas City Parks & Recreation Department, a perpetual plaque is permanently displayed at the Plaza Tennis Center, a public facility. This traveling plaque can also be displayed at the home club of the inductees from that selection year for an amount of time as determined by the committee.
